Bridal Bliss

One 4-6 hour in person session to discuss all of the details of your wedding from rehearsal to reception.  During this session, we will discuss theme development, budget arrangement and construction, arrange fittings and tastings for you, etiquette advice, contact and negotiate contracts with vendors (if possible, I will have your vendors meet you on this day), lay everything out on a story board, plan out your decorations and other accoutrements, hire staff for the day of the event*, assistance with planning the rehearsal dinner and bachelor/bachelorette party and shower.  The goal of this one day is to help eliminate the stress of trying to locate and validate vendors.  This one day will be the bulk of your wedding planning. 

Two weeks prior to the event I will contact all vendors and confirm their arrival time, any balance due and ensure proper attire.  From this, I will create an itinerary.  This itinerary will be sent to you, the entire bridal party and family that will be taking photos and being a part of your special day.

I will be present for the rehearsal to direct the rehearsal in a kind but assertive fashion.  On the day of the event, I will be present 2 hours prior to the event and throughout the entirety of the event.  If there is a balance due with any vendor, I will hand out tips and payments to vendors at the end of their service.
